A garden-like brunch restaurant in the Bay Area that doesn't have to wait in line!
I've been to Son & Garden in MenloPark several times, because every time I was persuaded to quit and eat at another house.
Until not long ago, I found out that Palo Alto also opened one, and it provides online reservations in advance. You don't have to wait in line. You must try it.
The decoration is as hard as ever. Large decorative fake flowers are covered with ceilings and columns, complicated chandeliers and neon lights, and a sense of ins garden comes to my face. It's good to take pictures. The menu here, like other branches, offers brunch and drinks.
Order recommendation:
😋Benedict
The clerk said, "It must be this one!" On the table, there is a large beef rib with bones. Stew it with Korean barbecue sauce until it is soft and tasty, and you can easily eat meat. The kimchi fried rice is also fragrant, and the vegetables are mixed with soft rice, which is slightly spicy and not greasy to eat. Two water wave eggs turn yellow as soon as they are poked, which is a perfect ripeness. You can ask for baked potatoes to make a salad, which is a perfect balance between meat and vegetables.
Anyway, it's delicious!
😋Fried Chicken Benedict
Boneless fried chicken steak, which is bigger than the palm of the hand, with two water wave eggs and rich mushroom sauce, and baked sour bread slices under the bottom. The chicken steak is a little bit, but it is acceptable. It will neutralate the taste with flowing eggs and sauce. The baked sour bread is soft and tasty after absorbing the sauce.
