Finally on a day when I felt like eating Japanese food, by chance I came to eat at Osen. I ordered the miso-crab salmon, which is a thick and sweet snow crab puree wrapped in oily salmon. It comes with truffle oil aioli sauce and black flying fish roe--rich in flavor, not greasy. The chirashi seasonal seafood box had enough rice for two people, with some vegetables and pickles. I loved the freshness of the sweet shrimp, sea urchin, Wagyu beef, and variety of fish! The master's approach was very online! Very worthy and recommended!
