After Vons closed, a new Korean fried chicken restaurant opened up! I got a large piece of chicken wing and it was so hot and spicy. The meat was very tender and juicy. I had garlic soy coating on it, which is really tasty. There was some spice in the soychili sauce which I thought tasted like spicy chicken noodle soup. The coleslaw was great with corn flavor and crunchy cabbage leaves. Next time I'll try the dryrub because it sounds interesting! A normal chicken wing should have one drumette and one wing tip! Today's giant chicken wing made me feel better after last weekend when I ate some small, dry and tasteless 8 chicken wings.
