I am an active volunteer for the Asian Professional Society of North America, an organization that aims to cultivate Asian talent and promote workplace diversity. This week, we held our annual meeting, where I was busy before and after the event as a volunteer. I feel accomplished in seeing how smoothly everything went at the event as well.

I have also worked as a volunteer before, and the work is very simple. I welcome the venue, sign in for activities, take guests to the corresponding venue, attend meetings, and participate in the layout and familiarization of the venue early in the morning. Francophonie has activities every year and is full of participation. This year's guests are all from North America, and academic conferences can hear French with very British pronunciation. Everyone's accent is a unique symbol of a certain place, which is quite interesting!
