Super tasty ramen! This restaurant's chicken ramen is really good. I'm used to thick tonkotsu broth, but the chicken ramen is my first time having it. The broth tastes like mom has stewed the chicken for several hours - soft and tender with a delicious flavor. The noodles are also very chewy, and the dipping sauce is perfect. The side dishes include chicken breast, black pepper-seasoned duck breast and regular duck breast. I really love the black pepper-seasoned duck breast; the smokey flavor is just right.
There aren't many seats in this restaurant so everyone sits around the countertop; it feels like we're at a midnight snack shop. Place your order at an auto vending machine when you enter; pay for it at the counter, then sit down and wait for your food to arrive! The noodles are very thick and chewy; their broth is also delicious!
