Beijing has a famous Muslim restaurant called Hong Jie Ba Sha's White Soup Sheep Head. The long line of people waiting to get in is enough to tell you how good it is! This is my first time buying, and I also heard from my family. I mainly want to talk about lamb offal. I usually go to the vegetable market to buy it and make soup, but the ingredients are quite miscellaneous and fragmented. However, Hongji is not a real lamb offal, which has a very good taste and is very satisfying. One of the shortcomings in my personal taste experience is that there is too much salt in the pepper and salt. After eating at home, I found it too salty and mixed some of my own pepper and salt powder to neutralize it.
