My friend from Shanghai said this restaurant serves good Shanghainese food, so I decided to check it out. The pickled dumpling soup and dumplings/buns were a little disappointing because the soup wasn't rich enough.
But their Shanghai spring rolls and scallion pancakes were really good. If you want to try some niche Shanghainese dishes, you can also book the chicken with flowers and duck with human treasure to try.
Prices are moderate, so if you're willing to try something new, give it a try.
