While there are only two people who didn't dare to order a large portion of dishes--chopped pepper fish head, we ordered only a few small stir-fry and snacks. Highly recommended a snack ~ Tujia fried meat cake ~ super delicious. The outside of the fried rice and crispy meat filling fragrant glutinous. The fern noodles are hot and sour, cool and slippery, quite appetizing. All in all, it is quite delicious. The shortcoming is that the ring pepper if we bring up to let ourselves whack, may be more interesting. The stinky tofu tastes good but the frying time feels slightly short; not crispy enough. All of the above are personal opinions, do not spray! In addition to these two signature dishes, other Hunan specialties are also very worth trying: signature beef, shiso fish head, fried tofu with bacon (and so on).
