My Vietnamese friend has taken me to eat at this very authentic Vietnamese restaurant many times! I love this place so much! I have been coming here continuously for about five or six years now. It's a super authentic Vietnamese restaurant that my Vietnamese friend has brought me to eat at many times. Even the first and last meal I had with this friend was at this restaurant. It has become my favorite restaurant ever since!

✅ Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup):
It was this dish that made me fall in love with this restaurant in an instant! They say that Pho Bo is the standard for testing the credibility of a Vietnamese restaurant, and the soup is the soul of a bowl of pho. As a rule, I usually taste the soup before adding side ingredients like bean sprouts and basil. The soup is really delicious and flavorful, and it won me over in an instant! Then, while it's still hot, I add bean sprouts, basil, chili slices, and a little lime juice. The meat in this dish is incredibly rich, including beef slices, beef balls, beef tendon, and beef tripe. I love it! The rice noodles are smooth and have a certain level of resilience. When I take a bite with the soup, it feels like pure happiness.
✅ Vietnamese Spring Roll Platter:
This is a dish I always order whenever I come to this restaurant. The spring roll wrapper is made from rice flour instead of wheat flour, and the platter includes three types of spring rolls: shrimp and mango, smoked salmon, and another one wrapped in mint leaves with shrimp. I love all three types. The ratio of vegetables to meat in this restaurant's spring rolls is perfect for me. When paired with the dipping sauce, which is mainly fish sauce, the combination is refreshing and perfectly balanced. It's truly marvelous!

These meatballs are handmade and very crispy and bouncy. When you take a bite, they burst with juices. The outside is crispy and fragrant. They taste incredibly delicious! The accompanying sauce is also unique, and you must give it a try!
✅ Lemongrass Grilled Wings:
They are grilled to perfection, extremely fragrant, and especially crispy. Furthermore, the chicken wings are cut in half, which makes it easier to eat.
The other dishes are also worth trying; you won't be disappointed. This restaurant has been my hidden gem of a Vietnamese restaurant for many years. It offers reasonable prices and a nice ambiance. Walking into the restaurant on a cold day and enjoying a warm bowl of soup with rice noodles is a great comfort for both the mind and stomach.
