A must-visit Xinjiang restaurant‼️
After a long week of work, it's time to indulge in some delicious food on the weekend! Today, I want to recommend a fantastic Xinjiang restaurant called "Alijiang" located in Vivocity. The atmosphere is rich with exotic and vibrant decor, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos!
🌟Highly recommended dishes:
✅ Lamb Skewers
These skewers are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The lamb flavor is not too heavy, and the staff even offer to help you remove the bones after taking photos. I regret that my photos turned out blurry, but I would come back for this dish again!
✅ Big Plate Chicken with Noodles
This is a must-try dish when eating Xinjiang cuisine. It's surprisingly delicious and comes in generous portions.
✅ Turkish Copper Skewered Grilled Meat
The meat on the skewers is flavorful, and the skewers themselves have a unique design.
✅ Roasted Flatbread (Naan)
Whenever I eat Xinjiang cuisine, I always look forward to the naan bread. It's a favorite among carb lovers. We ordered both the spicy and non-spicy versions, and they were both delicious, especially when dipped in the sauce from the Big Plate Chicken. It can be a bit oily though.
✅ There is also a lady in a beautiful dress who performs a dance routine, going around the restaurant. If you want to take photos, make sure to use the live mode or record a video. Xinjiang dance moves are quite fast, and the first time I took photos without using live mode, I ended up with some awkward poses. Fortunately, the lady came out for another round of dancing before leaving.
