Top of the World Wild Fat Burning Step Climber 💦
Location: Laqun Beach
Parking nearby in Irvine: Top of the World Park
📍 3052 Nestall Rd, Laguna Beach CA, 92651
💦 Length: Undefined / Self-determined (until the turnaround) Difficulty: Beginner ~ Advanced
😊 There are several routes to choose from – depending on your skill level and preferences, you can pick different difficulty levels for your hiking route. No need to worry about getting lost, as clearly marked signs indicate the difficulty and direction of each trail.
💦 Unlike many trails surrounded by dense trees, this trail does not have tree shade for sun protection. The ground is mostly made of sand and dirt roads; it is recommended to wear high-top hiking shoes for slip prevention and to keep sand out.
‼️During the hike, you'll experience multiple uphill and downhill sections. Most sections first go downhill, then you return uphill. When going downhill, make sure to keep track of your energy levels, saving strength for the uphill return. Some slopes are quite steep, providing even more fat-burning opportunities than stair climbers.
Being on top of a mountain, you'll have an excellent view of Laquna Beach and the surrounding mountains. The unique perspective offers an unobstructed view of the beautiful landscape.
☀️ It is recommended to go hiking here on sunny days. As the location is close to the sea, if the weather is bad or cloudy, the wind will be strong and cold, so be sure to wear warm clothes.
