📍Location: Four Seasons Square, 18558 Gale Ave Suite 122-128, Rowland Heights, CA 91748
Environment
The restaurant's decoration is mainly Chinese classical style, with pavilions, towers, colorful lights, and murals. On weekends, there are also performances such as Guzheng playing and face-changing.
Hot Pot Base
The must-order dish is the Little Bear's butter hot pot. The duck blood, quail eggs, and beef brisket are all pre-prepared. I have tried having one hot pot per person, but I prefer sharing one hot pot with one other person.
Dishes
Most of the dishes are fresh and have good flavors, and their presentation is beautiful and appealing.
🥩Wagyu Beef
A must-try dish, where dry ice is added to make it more visually attractive. The texture and taste are great, and the different cuts are categorically distinguished. The price is not cheap, but still worth it. The beef tongue is also delicious.
🐑One Meter of Lamb
Presentation is impressive, but the taste is average and nothing special.
🔥Sliced Pork Belly
I really liked this dish and could have ordered another one.
Regarding other dishes, I will not go into detail. Overall, it was not disappointing.
Service
I've been here twice, once during a holiday and once on a regular day. It is apparent that the staff are willing to provide us with high-quality service, but when the restaurant gets crowded, there's nothing they can do, and dishes take longer to arrive. Generally, there is excellent service, especially on weekdays.
Waiting Time
During the weekend, the waiting time for a table can be more than two hours. However, there is a waiting QR code at the entrance. I took a photo of it, scanned it at home an hour before arriving at the restaurant, and we were able to be seated almost immediately.
Cost
💰We went there twice, and the average cost per person was around $150.
