Thank you, Master Zhan, for inviting us to Guizhou Huangniu Samba soup hot pot + 1 altar of 10 years old home-brewed yellow wine + Zhangjiajie berry tea. We had a great time! Samba soup is delicious and healthy. Along the mouth of the ancient town is the second largest Hui settlement in the Jialing River basin. It is closely adjacent to Wusheng County as there are many Muslim people in Wusheng County; beef series food is loved by most people there. Ba soup (literally meaning "eight treasures") is one of the main foods there; people's favor this dish because it contains lots of nutrients from cow's mouth, tail and cattle whip as raw materials with right amount of angelica ginseng dates wolfberry three peony more than dozen Chinese medicine (ex: gold thread grass). The dish is simmered for more than six hours in Shisha pot which makes it fresh and tasty with high medicinal value.
