I really love the tonkotsu ramen at Monta's! I always order it when I come here. The broth is rich and delicious, and the noodles are chewy. They have an unwritten rule that you must drink a spoonful of soup before eating, to show that "soup is the soul of ramen." Their fried rice and pot stickers are also very tasty and cheap.
