I was craving Turkish kebab today. I went to Seyhan Et & Urla, a Turkish kebab restaurant in Izmir, and ordered their signature kebab platter, Turkish pizza, house salad, and homemade yogurt. All of these dishes were delicious!
We recommend the kebab platter--it comes with beef or lamb chunks cooked on a spit along with rice. Candles under the roast meat platter keep it warm. Each kind of meat is delicious--the chicken is juicy and flavorful; there are also kababs and sausages. The portion is very large--two people could not finish it even though it comes with bread (soft and fluffy) for dipping into olive oil or eating plain as a side dish. In addition to large pieces of meat, there are also smaller chunks of meat called kababs (smaller than sausages) that you can cut off with your fork.
