🐯 The official website announces that the zoo houses about 19 species of animals, including hippos, Malayan bears, orangutans, Siberian tigers, North American raccoons, Malayan monkeys, sheep, llamas, ostriches, dwarf horses, etc. However, the actual number of animals seen on the day was really limited, possibly due to the hot weather leading them to hide. The whole zoo is not massive, but the tickets are indeed super cheap for just a hundred bucks!
🐒 I initially thought the zoo was huge, and I'd see many animals, but it's actually quite small. It should take about two hours to stroll around the entire park. It's totally different from the Taipei Zoo, but if you're looking for a place to take kids on a field trip or couples who don't know where to go on a date, it would be quite suitable. I also observed cute little kids sketching next to animals in the park. I recommend it for friends who don't know where to go on a holiday in Hsinchu. 💥
