Best Shooting Ranges Compilation in Los Angeles
📍 Mike Raahauge Shooting Enterprises: This is an outdoor range located in Corona. It's my favorite. You get your own trench and a small shed, you can shoot whatever gun you want with very few rules and restrictions. While there are no rentals, they sell ammo. There are about 14 lanes, generally, there's no wait.
📍 Burro Canyon Shooting Park: Located outdoors in Azusa, many people come here for hill running. There are no rentals, but they sell bullets at a slightly higher price. It consists of a rifle area and a pistol area where everyone shoots together. There are private party trenches, but it seems only members can use them. Some people have complained about the staff's attitude, but my friends and I always had a good experience. The staff even give some guidance occasionally. The downside might be the "cold lane" period after a while when the noise level gets too high. However, the convenience of its location is a huge plus.
📍 LA Gun Club: This indoor range is in downtown LA. I would call it the shooting range with the widest variety of guns. Their rental prices are not high, and I usually come here to try new guns. The only downside, common to all indoor ranges, is it gets too noisy! You need to wear earplugs in addition to noise-canceling headphones. Overall, the ambiance can feel a bit ghetto.
