I found the best mala tang in Rowland Heights‼️
Even though Yang Guofu and Zhang Liang Mala Tang have both opened locations abroad, we rarely go because they're expensive and don't have a lot of options.
But we still crave it every now and then, and my friend took me to Yin Tang (隐烫) Mala Tang last time, and it was really good!👍
They have so many different ingredients, like 60 or 70 options. They have things like meatballs, noodles, beef rolls, dried mustard greens, fried dough sticks, tofu, and everything looks so fresh and appetizing. 😋
The price is $13.99/lb for both meat and vegetables, which is a bit pricey, but it's worth it because the taste is so good. You can choose your broth or ask the staff for dry noodles. The bone broth is so flavorful, and the ingredients are all well-soaked in the broth. You should definitely try it!
