Today I went to a gym and found that the atmosphere was really good! As soon as I walked in the door, I heard upbeat music and saw people working out seriously. This kind of atmosphere kept newbies who lacked self-discipline from joining, haha. The facilities here were also very complete. From aerobic machines to strength training equipment, everything was available. I especially like dumbbells and kettlebells here because they allow me to train different muscle groups.
