Snowy Noodles. This is the beef bone vermicelli soup without beef bones. It's a dish I always order when I don't feel like eating meat. The taste is light, and usually when I have breakouts, I'll go and have this soup. Add a little salt, eat it with rice, and it's truly heavenly!
