While hiking in the mountains, I took off my headphones and was completely intoxicated by nature. Birdsong, insects, a few butterflies flying across the water and white but unknown birds crossing the sky diagonally flashed by. These scenes seemed to be in paintings or in dreams at once to my eyes--as if I were watching a science fiction movie that wasn't real. I was stunned for a while before picking up my phone to take pictures of these scenes to record them in my head.

Life is a series of encounters, seeing heaven and earth, seeing life, and seeing oneself. Hiking is really addictive. It's about finding and accepting oneself in nature, without having to walk at the speed of others, exploring one's own boundaries and limits, and focusing on taking the right path under one's feet. However, I would like to remind you that when it comes to hiking, you should prioritize your own comfort. It's better to wear more exercise outdoors.
