♨️Today, my friends and I went to a restaurant called "Wang's Fish Skin" located in Anping, Tainan. This place is really popular🔥 and highly recommended by many locals😋 We were lucky enough to only wait for a short while before getting seated✌️ And true to its reputation, the food was absolutely delicious! I definitely have to recommend this amazing restaurant to everyone‼️

The rice in Rou Suan Fan is cooked perfectly, and the minced meat on top is incredibly flavorful. It has a tender and juicy texture, and I feel like I can easily have two bowls of this mixed rice!
🫕 Yu Rou Tang (Fish Soup)
The broth of Yu Rou Tang is clear and refreshing, and the fish meat is tender. Paired with fresh vegetables🥬, as soon as it is served, the aroma arouses my appetite. It truly tastes delicious!
🫔 You Dou Fu (Fried Tofu)
You Dou Fu is considered their signature dish. The outer layer is crispy, while the inside is soft and tender. It is served with a special sauce, creating a rich and satisfying texture. I can't stop myself from taking one bite after another!
