Last time, when Chen Xiaochun recorded a TV show in the Greater Bay Area, he checked in here with a few brothers. So this time, I intentionally got up early and came to this Gongjiaoxincun noodle shop on Pozijie Street. The aunties here are skilled with their spoons, working quickly and efficiently!

This is a must-order signature dish, almost everyone who comes here orders a bowl‼️ I also saw recommendations online! A large bowl with a side dish area, you can add chili, pickled beans, dried radish, pickles, salted vegetables, yellow bean sauce, all my favorites! The best part is eating the noodles together with the ingredients! The feeling is absolutely amazing! The soup is very fresh, and the first thing to taste is the soup! The beef is stewed perfectly, with a large and a small piece of meat, plus minced snow pickle, the taste is excellent, and the noodles are soft and chewy! I love it so much!

My friend ordered a bowl of beef noodles, and the beef inside is cooked tender and chewy, different from the beef in the snow pickle.
