Waldstein Garden, also known as Valdštejnská zahrada in Czech, is a magnificent Baroque garden in Prague, Czech Republic. The gardens are part of the larger Valdštejnský palác complex, which currently houses the Czech Senate.
The gardens were originally designed in the early 17th century by Italian architect Andrea Speca for Albrecht von Wallenstein, a famous military leader during the Thirty Years' War and politicians. The gardens are known for their exquisite landscaping, intricate pathways, and spectacular sculptures and fountains.
One of the main attractions of the Waldenstein Gardens is the magnificent marble Sala Terrena, a unique architectural feature that resembles an open corridor. The gardens are also dotted with various mythological and allegorical sculptures, adding to the artistic appeal.
