Upon disembarking from the airplane, our first meal was at Raku Izakaya, a cozy establishment adorned with traditional lanterns. It was already half-past nine when we arrived, and the dim lighting created an intimate atmosphere. The dishes were captured with the night mode feature on our phones, resulting in a somewhat ethereal presentation.
We ordered a plethora of items, all of which were completely devoured, except for the foie gras rice dish. Ah, you know why 😂

🐟 Onsen Tamago with Sea Urchin and Fish Roe: The plating was exquisite, shimmering with golden hues! It also featured okra, mushrooms, and a soy sauce glaze, resulting in a refreshing and silky smooth combination.
🥳 Agedashi Tofu: We opted for a half-size portion of this deep-fried tofu. It was delightfully tender, with a tantalizing aroma of frying oil. Absolutely delicious!

🥩 A5 Wagyu Beef: Absolutely fantastic! The meat was tender, with just the right amount of marbling, and a touch of wasabi for an added kick. Not at all greasy, truly deserving of five stars!
🥓 Bacon-wrapped Mushrooms: Average, as there wasn't as much bacon as I had imagined. However, the mushrooms were generously sized.
🐮 Beef Tendon: I fell in love with this dish! Its chewy texture was truly memorable.
🐚 Scallops: An indulgent creaminess that melts in the mouth.
🦆 Duck Meat: The taste was rather ordinary, with a heavy saltiness and slightly overcooked meat. I believe it is not suitable for grilling.
